You place the stalwart private detectives and quick thinking girl Fridays who’ve stumbled onto the Cult’s plans, and it’s your job to find and sanctify enough ritual sites to prevent the avatar’s arrival. For good or ill, you’re already a bit unstable from years of mythos busting, and not above using the Cults’ relics yourself.
